HAVE YOU EVER EXPERIENCED A RELATIONSHIP THAT LEFT YOU FEELING HOLLOW AND DEPLETED?
LIKE AN EMPTY SHELL OF YOUR FORMER SELF?

Have you ever felt so bad that you wondered whether you will ever feel okay again?
Do you seem to find yourself often ending up in toxic relationships?
I have experienced all of these and more. I have also discovered how to heal from these experiences and ensure I never end up back there again.

I’m here to help you do this too.

A manifesto for taking back sovereignty and agency over your life, Can’t Hold Us Down is the book I wish I had after I escaped from a
series of abusive relationships and started the process of rebuilding my life.

It is a guide to surviving and thriving. To take you from 0 to 100, not just part of the way there.
If you’re ready to break your patterns and transform yourself and your life, this book will show you how.
And if you’re ready for profound change and progress beyond what you thought was possible for you, then buckle up, because you’re in for one hell of a ride.
