Nick Bibes lives with his dog Shelby (whom he affectionately calls ‘Boobee’) in Melbourne, Australia. The youngest of three children, Nick left school after completing year 10, and has been a storeman for Myers for the past 32 years. He loves football, walking and running his stand at the local markets. On many levels, Nick sounds like a typical Australian male, living his life and doing the things expected of a 48-year-old man of Greek heritage.

And he may very well have spent the rest of his life living in an expected way had he not woken up one morning and decided to change everything about his life, right down to how he perceived himself.
