Sali is a certified Arvigo® Practitioner and Educator and creatrix of the Heart and
Soul of Wellness Centre in Murwillumbah, NSW, Australia. She is a grandmother, mother, partner,
sister, friend, aunty and wise woman. A perpetual student of life, she is endlessly fascinated by these
human bodies we inhabit, our energetic and spiritual make up and metaphysical anatomy. She is
inspired by babies, little children, Mother Earth, Women’s Wisdom and Old Wives Tales. She loves
herbs, crystals, angels, trees, dragons and faeries. She is a pre natal yoga teacher, midwife, childbirth
educator and birth physiology nerd. Having birthed four babies at home in the eighties, she is
passionate about educating and preparing women for labour, birth and for becoming new mamas. She
offers free postpartum yoni steaming for women in the postnatal Mums n’ Bubs group in
Murwillumbah.
She lives with her partner Gerry and their staffy Mac in Nobby’s Creek in Northern NSW where they manage a retreat space for
yoga and wellness retreats. She feels privileged to be caretaker of this beautiful land and loves to walk the tracks in the forest.
Above all she loves to grow herbs and create new gardens. She is awed and amazed by the practical wisdom and healing that
ancient techniques offer and is equally inspired by the new modalities of healing and energy medicine that are evolving.
