Wholesale Returns Policy

• Returns will only be accepted for Animal Dreaming Publishing titles, and titles originally purchased through Animal Dreaming Wholesale and Distribution
• Freight on returns is at Customer’s expense
• Titles cannot be returned within 3 months of date of invoice OR no more than 12 months from date of invoice
• Claims for damaged books or short deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery
• Maximum weight per carton must not exceed 20 KGs to avoid stock damage while in transit
• Books being returned must be securely packed with sufficient protection to avoid damage while in transit
• All returns accepted by Animal Dreaming Wholesale and Distribution will be by way of credit to the customer’s account only
• All requests for damaged, misbound or misprinted books to be returned need to be sent in writing to Animal Dreaming Wholesale and Distribution for authorisation, and must include the following information:
o ISBN:
o Book title:
o Author name:
o Retail price:
o Invoice number:
o Date of purchase:
o The reason for the return:
o In the case of ‘returns for credit’, all units must be in mint condition, with cartons clearly marked with your name, business details and the number of cartons: 1 of 3 / 2 of 3 / 3 of 3 / etc
